  First off it's the first time I've been hear. But screed up my order. Just the dude in the back he was disrespectful to the manager and apparently he scrude up all the time. He just threw the shrimp on the plate. I feel bad for the management they should just fire the bad people and get new blood.

  Captain D's "was" always my favorite place to go till today. The cashier was friendly enough but not knowledgeable as to what was on menu. Took forever to get our order right. Then after waiting on our food the sides were cold , as in straight out of cooler cold. I spent over $20 on 2 meals that weren't worth 2 cents!! I will not be returning! !

  I figured at 9 pm on a "fish Friday" during Lent that it should have been busier. Waited a little bit to order, they forgot my water and fries that I ordered with my "Giant Fish sandwich." Took about 7-8 minutes which isn't too bad. Sandwich was delicious but not very hot. Matches with complaints here about cold food. Some of the staff appeared incompetent while others seemed aloof. Dining room was a dump. Very dirty.
  
  Like I said in the beginning, should have known not too good when on a fish Friday only 6 customers in the place, counting me and my son. I'll give another location a try and will contact corporate about this place.
