  I was here on Thanksgiving for over an hour and never got waited on. I noticed that everyone else was getting waited on so I said something and was told that they were understaffed and busy.
  
  I went in again on Saturday, December 17th, and again, waited for over 35 minutes to be waited on. Finally got service after I complained.
  
  Today, December 20th, came back in at 9 am. We got seated and coffee immediately. Waited over 35 minutes and no one came to take our order. I said something to someone and was told they had a new computer system and that was the reason for the hold up. When we finally ordered our food I went to the General Manager and told him about my visits. He did apologize but did nothing else as far as offer a dollar off and was very frustrated speaking.
  
  The food is always good which is why I come back but after this last experience I wont go back.

  My waitress was friendly and knew exactly when to stop by. The food was awesome, expescially the candied bacon! This is my new favorite breakfast restaurant. They are a lot slower and friendlier than IHOP.
