  This McDonald's is just the worst. Everytime I Forget that and give it shot, it finds a way to disappoint. Just drove up at 10:24 first yearly lenten fish sandwich. "we haven't start lunch yet, you got another 10 minutes." okay, thanks again for reminding me why I should ever eat here.

  This particular location, messes up our orders about 90% of the time.
  Just ordered a grand mac, with no onions... get home, the burger is cold., there's onions. The fries are cold. My husbands burgers were smashed flat and also cold.
  The last time we ordered, my husband ordered a double quarter pounder, and only recieved one patty. I returned to the store to have the burger fixed, they just wanted to throw an extra patty on, I had to ask them to make it again fresh.
  Going to be looking for a new location from now on. Might be a sign to stop eating McDonald's alltogether.

  How is it actually possible for a McDonald's - where NONE OF THE FOOD IS ORIGINAL - runs this poorly??? Not only has this franchise served me cold food that was meant to be hot, they have served me the wrong order numerous times, they have operated so unbelievably slowly in times of low volume (there are currently 6 cars in the drivethru and I've been here for almost 20 minutes). This is absolutely the WORST McDonald's franchise I've experienced. Furthermore, this isn't my first complaint. I complained to McDonald's through their corporate site and heard absolutely nothing back. So not only do they give HORRIBLE service, they do NOTHING to try to solve the issue. Truly hope the franchisee is replaced ASAP.

  This store gets worse every week. Between asking me at the drive through window what I ordered, forgetting food, serving cold food, and the overall disappointment after ordering here - I don't know why I still give them a chance. I've worked at Mcdonalds. I know it can be a thankless job. But happy customers make for a better work day.
